A morning walk along the old railway line, heading upstream from Llanilar. At least four singing Willow Warblers among the Blackcaps and Chiffchaffs. On the riverbank were a Goosander and a pair of Moorhens.
Seven Ravens fed on a sheep carcass and a noisy party of five Jays flew down the valley.
