Ynys Las in the murk

Late this afternoon from the beach carpark we saw several small flocks of mixed waders, predominantly dunlin but with some handsome summer plumaged sanderlings and ringed plovers.  A few Sandwich terns plus an odd Common mixed with the black headed gulls (inc a beautiful juvenile) and one adult Med gull.
Fed up with the weather some folk thought it more appropriate to do 'doughnuts' on the sands which unfortunately didn't open up and swallow them. I'm sure its great fun but on a NNR?
