Yesterday, at RSPB Ynys-hir from the Ynys Feurig hide a rather smart little stint found by Mark Carter.
Sunday, on a circular 10 km walk from Moel golomen ( near
Bontgoch) via Esgair Neuadd there were 7 stonechat territories (5 feeding
young), 2 whinchat territories, a wheatear territory and two singing male
yellowhammers. Also flushed 2 red-legged partridge just before getting back to
Moel Golomen.
