Green Woodpecker

Green woodpecker and 20 jays seen near Cwmystwyth on Tuesday and today at Cors Caron at dusk, 2 ringtail hen harriers viewed from the 'waiting room'. 1 (possibly 2) kingfisher dropped in to roost on the right of the hide and 2 water rail heard as the light went. On getting back to the car whooper swans were heard flying south along the bog, probably 3 or 4 birds.
