A wild and windy walk along the coast path beyond Tanybwlch this morning produced a number of interesting records. At least half a dozen chough were around; a kestrel; a pair of raven; and most notably an adult snow bunting. The bird flew out of some clumpy grass by the path on Allt Wen and away to the north.
There were a few curlew and oystercatcher on Tanybwlch fields plus a kingfisher flying along the river.
