With regard to the field trip tomorrow (17th) I will be leaving Machynlleth at about 9am if anyone wants a lift. I will be taking part in the Mawddach walk led by Tony Allenby and the search for Hawfinch in the afternoon. I am confident that those 'Ace' birders Liz Snell and Red Liford will show me my first Hawfinch! (Maybe a little prayer said in Llanelltyd church might help!)
