Clarach Beach and Valley

Not a lot to be seen on the beach - 8 Oystercatchers, 2 Ringed Plover, Sprinkling of Gulls, Red Kite overhead. In the Nantsiriol fields - 150+ Lapwing and surprising for this valley counted 67 Golden Plover.
