Seventeen of us had a most enjoyable walk along the cliff-top at Newquay today, the weather was just superb. Amongst the birds seen were Kittiwake, Fulmar, Guillemot, Razorbill, Shag, Cormorant, Chough, Peregrine, Kestrel, Whitethroat, Stonechat and Rock Pipit. We were also able to see into a Ravens nest and got a good look at the young ones. Four Common Lizards were seen along the path, two individuals and one mating pair locked together.
Thanks to John Davis for leading the walk.
