Teifi Valley Lakes

Went for a great walk in the lakes area above Pontrhydfendigaid this morning but disappointed to see only half the numbers of Wheatears that I usually record at this time of year on the same route.I glanced at the bto bird track site later and got the impression(if I was reading the graph correctly!) that Wheatears have been recorded in far fewer numbers this year compared with 2007/2008. Has anyone else noticed this?
