I had to leave my car at the garage at Southgate this morning and walk down the hill into Aberystwyth. There were Redwing feeding in the gardens and on the road verge - especially lower down the hill at the bottom of Pendinas - pretty much the whole way down. Most of them were pretty tame and only flew off or hopped away when passing about 8 feet away.
