I agree with your sentiments on shooters, i never really understood the sense of achievement of the sport at normal times of the year let alone during this weather when many of the birds are in a very weak condition? anyway a temporary wildfowling ban came into place in scotland on monday, not sure if a similar one will come in place in wales, lets hope so...
