Very,very late Hoopoe

After a quick family visit to Llanrhystud this morning ( single Common Sandpiper and 30 Sand Martins) we visited some people who live opposite the little church above Aberarth. They told me that approx 15-20 years ago they had a Hoopoe in their garden. They were away at the time but a neighbour photographed it and they think they still have the photo somewhere. I don't know if this a documented record but I'll try and get them to dig out the picture anyhow.
