Earlier this month I watched a female Goosander with 10 small ducklings on the river Ystwyth at Trawsgoed. (See June 4th entry with photo.) Today, again from the roadbridge, we saw her with 7, much larger youngsters, so she has done very well.
We also watched a family of Grey Wagtails, 2 possibly 3 Kingfishers and at least 2 Dippers.
