A large female chick with spots on her breast and underarms and an indignant (unspotted) male sticking his claws into Tony's hand.Well, its not easy holding 2 owls and trying to balance up the tree whilst placing them carefully into the ringing bag. At least Tony has now treated himself to a decent ladder....there was a time! Another 2 boxes were not used this year but overall the news is that Cere's barnies are doing well considering the winter we had.
