A Hobby flew over the road in front of me this morning between Llandysul and Horeb.
Last week I took Tomos to Dan yr Ogof caves in the Brecon Beacons to see the the dinosaurs. In the museum was a collection of stuffed things in glass cases to exhibit the local fauna. A tatty little brown bird with a white wing patch was labelled as a "Red Flycatcher." A rarely described subspecies of Pied Flycatcher perhaps? And a possible split maybe?
