Borth

Still lots of manx shearwater passing off Borth but not in such large numbers as the previous few days. 5000+ passed between 0640 and 0830 with one balearic shearwater, a few kittiwake, a common tern, 12 common scoter and 4 red-breasted merganser south this morning. Yesterday there were 3000+ manxies with 3 balearics between 0700 and 0830 with large numbers of manxies still moving offshore at Ynyslas turn between 1715 and 1830. A nice suprise was a flock of 13 black-tailed godwit flying north.
