Following Wendy's excellent sea watch earlier in the week, a look this morning produced, 3-4 Leach's Petrels, flocks of 3 & 8 Sandwich Terns, and Common Scoter flocks, 27, 1, 4 & 3.
Small numbers of Manx, Kittiwakes, and Gannets, with larger movements of auks.
An arrival of c40 Meadow Pipits, with also c30 Goldfinches, and c20 Linnets around the Chapel fields.
Later, a post from Newquay Head of their observations over a similar period this morning.

07:00 - 09;00, 1 Balearic Shearwater, 1 Red Throated Diver, 25 Common Scoter, 1 dark skua sp, 50-60 tern sp, 50-60 manx, small nos of Gannet, Kittiwake, Shag, & auk. Also 1 Peregrine.
