The Leri and Ynys-hir

Today at Ynys-hir there were 11 greenshank and 2 green sandpipers near the Breakwater hide. Also the marsh harrier which has been around for a couple of weeks now and 305 barnacle geese. Yesterday during a walk up to the pill box east of the Leri there were about 200 linnet and, rather suprisingly, 2 yellowhammers which I have never seen there before. A quick look at Morfa Cyd (Lodge Farm) produced a black tern feeding over the ditches and a couple of wheatear.
