Had a lovely late Afternoon walk to the Pier with the sun setting. The starlings were coming into roost with a backdrop of a lovely pink sky. There were two Kingfishers perched on rocks close to the pier which was really nice to see. There was also a Rock Pipit and a number of Turnstones and Ringed Plover. On a ledge close to the sea and on the prom wall, towords castle point there were 9 Purple Sandpiper.
