Shooting Ban text!

Bob Haycock on Pembs Bird blog is asking for evidence of bird stress due to these harsh conditions as CCW will be consulted with a view to triggering a statutory wildfowling ban. He doesn't say where to send observations but listing them on the blog is a start. See Pembs blog for 2nd Dec. I think the requirement is 14 days of average sub-zero temps to start the procedure, by which time a lot of damage has been done.
