Monday to friday most mornings for a few hours down tanybwlch nanteos and ynyslas.Tanybwlch had small numbers of whimbrel, max 12, white wags 10, wheatears 8. A large bull grey seal catching mullet up as far as the first bend in the river. A mallard with 7 young, 3 c sands, plenty of sedge warblers and whitethroats around pendinas. Ynyslas had around 600 dunlin,30 sanderling a few whimbrel 50+ r plover and 12 white wags last monday at high tide, few seen on tuesday but many dead jellyfish. A flock of 40+ whimbrel and 6 Black t godwits on the borth bog scrape, up to 9 sedge warblers and a black t skimmer, i think! Friday had a huge flock of manxies and over 100 gannets feeding about a mile off castle point.
