The citizens of Lampeter may do well to scatter at the sight of a weasel - apparently Irish folklore (where the weasel is surprisingly the most common subject of aniimal tales) has it that if a weasel spits on your head, you'll go bald!
We also have singing willow warblers btw - and often do at this time of year. We've always assumed this was a 'practice run', either by the adults or this year's fledged youngsters.
