On a walk from Aberystwyth to Borth today -
2 chough, 2 whitethroat, a lot of mipits moving south, good numbers of goldfinch and linnet, handful of wheatear and a few red admirals - also heading south. Still quite a few swallows about. Watched 2 dolphin for over half an hour as well.Roy Bamford
