Mwnt, swallows, chough etc
At Mwnt yesterday a steady stream of swallows coming in off the sea all day, I counted over 200 in a space of 20 minutes in the morning. The usual peregrine and male kestrel. Rock pipits everywhere and at least 7 adult stonechats by the car park. 4 chough (2 pairs), one Mrs Mwnt, the others not ringed. Cormorants travelling SW off shore in large numbers, between 9 and 11am four groups of 13, 11, 22 and 15 passed.
