Short-eared owl at Ynyslas appears to have become more nocturnal with the influx of visitors, seen most nights between 9 and 11pm hunting over the golf course. Barn owl early this morning at Coed y Cwm, Clarach. Another swallow yesterday at Ynyslas Turn by the roadside pool. 11 purple sandpipers again off the wooden jetty in Aber. Wheatears, stonechats, 1 sparrowhawk and 4 chough along the coast path from Upper Borth.
