Long-tailed Duck at Aberystwyth

I've had a text from Helen Herbert that she had a Long-tailed Duck off the hut on South Beach at 5:30 yesterday that was still there at 11:00am today.
I was at the lime kilns at Llanrhystud this morning, but unlike Jon I only had the very briefest of views of the Lesser Whitethroat, despite meeting up with Red Liford, who had been watching it shortly before.
The tide was well in, and on the beach were 15 Whimbrel, five Sanderling, four Ringed Plover and one each of Curlew and Common Sandpiper. A Bar-tailed Godwit was on the flooded field and six Wheatears were all of the nominate race.
