Just back from a walk on Foel Fawr, I think the weather is absolutely beautiful but I'm sure there will soon be moans that it's too hot. Anyway, amongst other birds we saw at least two singing male whinchats, a cuckoo, an adult male and a gangley juvenile stonechat and, at about 9:35 40+ swifts flew over heading North.
