This morning at the mouth of the Dyfi I had good views of 17 Grey Plover, 1 turnstone and 14 Dunlin. No golden plover until I heard a large flock calling, at first I could not see them but then looking up saw a flock of about 250 birds flying quite high, sometimes in V formation, they circled wide for a few minutes gaining height before I lost sight of them.
