I am sure I have never seen a colour-ringed Dunlin until this afternoon when one was at Ynyslas Turn car park. I will send the details to Euring and hopefully get the history of White W60 and put them on the blog.
For a while it was in close company with a Ringed Plover, Stonechat and Water Pipit.
I thought I must have been mad hanging around there in the bitter cold (far colder than Norfolk from where I have just come back) until I noticed some vehicles pull up and lads get out, strip off, put on wet-suits and rush down to the sea with surf-boards. That's mad!
