Migrants on the move

My first visit of the year to Ceredigion and it started with a bang. Nearly the first bird was a magnificent Osprey over the sea at Morfa Bychan lazily making its way north. It hovered several times over the sea but didn't dive. Last seen heading off over Aberystwyth.
This evening at Llanrhystyd 25+ White Wagtails and 30+ Wheatears in the ploughed fields. 2 Turnstone and 9 Ringed Plover the only waders here while a Whitethroat and 3 Williow Warbler were at the lime kilns.
