A bit of a suprise at this time of year was a nice male green-winged teal on the Breakwater fields/pool at RSPB Ynys-hir this morning. Also there was a gadwall and 2 tufted ducks (rather scarce here). Out on the Dyfi was a 1st summer little gull and two bar-tailed godwits.
