Camddwr

Last year during a walk in May I was lucky enough to see several Common Sandpipers above and below Soar y Mynydd. Today I decided to check Camddwr ( a river above Tregaron running into Llyn Brianne) more thoroughly. Stopping the car wherever I could to scan sections, getting out and walking where possible. About 8km in all. But sadly not one did I see. I hope others have had better luck with this species this year. Lots of Wagtails however, above and below the chapel;Grey 4 pairs,Pied 3 pairs. Little Grebe on the pool, so maybe a pair present?
