As I was busy shepherding numerous grandchildren and dog at the cafe on Constitution , I heard a familiar screech quite loudly: looking up I was so annoyed to see two Peregrines floating over , barely 50 feet away, eyeballs visible, not a flicker of pinions as they glided serenely past...WHERE WAS MY CAMERA? At home!!!
