Ravens

A more interesting morning on Tregaron bog today with 4 young whinchats, a dozen sand martins and a travelling group of blue and long tailed tits with unidentified warbler moving through.
Over Camer Fawr woods some ravens were vocal and as I watched more came from all directions some approaching from high up (flashback of Griffon Vultures) until 21 were gathered flying in pairs or small groups, chasing and swooping whilst calling the usual low croak and making that curious 'popping' noise.  They later dispersed along the ridge so I guess there isn't a carcass up there.
