HERRING GULL BLUE RING MARKED KLP

This bird was ringed as a juv. at a Gloucester rubbish tip in November 2010 and was seen there and at a nearby tip in January 2011.  I noticed it at New Quay in August 2012, at Llanrhystud in March 2013 and in Aberystwyth harbour yesterday.
