High Tide.

At the time of high tide this morning there were large numbers of Mallard, some Wigeon and a few Teal along the Ynyslas /Leri salting together with a dozen or so Redshank a similar number of Curlew and a lone Egret. On the Ynys Tachwedd fields as well as the usual flock of Canada Geese there must have been at least 1000 Golden Plover - impossible to count!
On the Clettwr - the resident Dipper and two more Little Egrets.
