There was quite a commotion this afternoon involving a very noisy adult thrush. There didn't seem to have been an attempt at predation, however this little nestling remains out of the nest. I can hear an adult overhead communicating, but he isn't going anywhere. I do hope that left alone, the adult will entice it back into the the trees.
The commotion brought out many other birds, blue and great tits, wren, dunnock, blackcap and blackbird!
