I was hoping that the stormy weather would bring something different as I took up position on the castle at 8:00 this morning and forty minutes later my patience was rewarded when I picked up a Storm Petrel battling its way south, and being dwarfed by several Manx Shearwaters that overtook it during the time that I had it in my scope.
