Whilst working yesterday I noted Grey Wagtails at four different locations. Maybe displaced from rivers and streams by the floodwaters? Emptying the post box at Pontsian just before 5pm a pair of Dippers flew over my head in the gathering gloom. 60 Lapwings were at Capel Cynon.
