A female Merlin was on the tern posts at Ynyslas at high tide this afternoon. The tide also brought up 105 Curlew, 15 Dunlin, eight Redshank and four Grey Plover.
Later, at roost in a tree next to the White Horse in Eastgate, 120 Pied Wagtails.
