February eggs?

I've just taken these photographs of eggs that appear to have been ejected from a nest box above our front door.  I've googled them, I think they might be Blue Tits eggs.  The box isn't at all suitable for Blue Tits, it's designed to attract Swifts, but for the last three or four years it has been occupied by House Sparrows...
I'm no good at all at egg identification, so if any of you can positively identify the species I would be grateful.
And, they look quite fresh, not like old eggs - laid/abandoned last year and ejected by current prospectors.  It's a bit early isn't it?
