Llanon today

Storm damage just south of Ian's route today very similar.  The cliffs have been washed clear of the fallen clay and the beach re-profiled.  Huge amount of debris washed up on the berm and plastic stuff blown right across the fields.
Dead fox, fulmar eaten completely clean apart from wings and a fresh young, but dead, Razorbill,  The breastbone was knife sharp so starvation I guess.
Some of the mermaids' purses contained fresh eggs and had been hacked open by the gulls; nothing wasted in nature, just a pity nothing eats all the man made debris mostly plastic.
1 curlew with a mix of gulls on the water's edge and rock pipit in the carpark which was only just accessible due to the beach boulders having been re-arranged. Don't fall in the sea, the lifebelt is now  buried.
