Tregaron Bog at dusk

A somewhat better than average visit to the southern end of Tregaron Bog this evening where the many highlights included male and female Hen Harriers, Barn Owl, Short-eared Owl and Water Pipit. I suspect that this photo of the Short-eared Owl, taken on my phone through my scope won’t win any prizes. As you can see I’ve managed to capture its piercing gaze perfectly!
