I visited Ynys-hi this morning hoping to add Garden Warbler and Spotted Flycatcher to my year list.
It didn't take long at all to find a couple of GWs singing beautifully, but I had almost given up hope of a spotty.
As I was on my way out of the reserve, quite close to the cross-roads, this little beauty landed nearby to have a look at me. I only got this one shot of it, (if I had stayed longer perhaps I would have got more), but I was desperate for some breakfast.
