Not a great afternoon for birds (cloudy and windy) but was pleased to see 10
oystercatcher and 20 curlew. I’ve never seen so many of each here (in the field
behind the beach) so a welcomed site . Also stonechat (carrying mouthfuls of
insects so still nesting), swallow, rooks, BH gulls, LBB gull, herring gull,
pied wagtail, starling, house sparrows and blue tit.
