A juv / 1st winter Black Guillemot c200m off Mwnt at 15:15 this afternoon. Seen from the boat but not since despite looks from boat and from the Mwnt headland.
Arfon and Wendy did pick up a pale phase Arctic Skua, and 12 Common Scoter.
As observed in mid-August last year, 2nd year and perhaps failed breeding Kittiwakes are gathering at the west end of Cardigan Island. c80 were on their roosting (?) cliff this afternoon.
