There are some good high tides at the end of this week so it will be interesting to see what they bring. In the meantime, at Ynyslas today Chris had two each of Sanderling and Turnstone, 49 Ringed Plover and about 70 Dunlin.
He also had a brief view of what looked like a Great White Egret, somewhere in the area of the Clettwr rail bridge, seen from the beach at Ynyslas. As I had a very similar sighting in the same area recently Chris and I both thought it worth a mention. So, anyone in the area, please keep a look out.
Later there was a Wheatear on the castle.
