High tide at the pillbox

John and I met up this morning for a walk up the Dyfi estuary to the pillbox. I had had about 12 Gannets well offshore when John joined me then we found two Red-throated Divers off the area of the golf clubhouse.
Lots of wildfowl and waders up the Dyfi, including plenty too far away to i.d.
Within range we managed the following:-
70 Pintail, 10 Shelduck, 21 Grey Plover, 11 Black-tailed Godwits, 48 Curlews, ca20 Redshank and a minimum of 160 Dunlin.
Also a few Skylarks and a Wheatear.
We then had a look for Rose-coloured Starling around the visitor centre, but no sign.
