Tanybwlch

A late Wheatear was the pick of the birds at Tanybwlch this morning, among a light passage of Meadow Pipits, Pied Wagtails and a at least three Linnets.
On the river, 33 Mallards, a Goosander and a Wigeon. Other odds and ends: five Curlew in the furthest field and a couple of Choughs which flew off every time I tried to photograph them.
Earlier three Gannets flew south off Aber.
Grey Heron in the ditch at Tanybwlch.  An ideal bird for a photographer of my standard, i.e. they are big and they tend to keep still.
