ANOTHER GULL ID ISSUE

Living beside Aberystwyth harbour I do miss the garden birds, especially the Nuthatches which were always about and had nested successfully in a nest box by the gate for the past 3 years.
Happily new arrivals Carol and Jim will be feeding the birds and as keen birdwatchers will hopefully meet up with members of the friendly Ceredigion birdwatching community.
My new 'lounge list' includes Red-throated Diver, Gannet, Kingfisher, Goosander and Grey Seal.
Last Friday when Edward saw his mystery bird in the harbour I digi-scoped from the balcony this one:

It looked like an adult Lesser Black-back but had pale pink legs. So, could our gull-plumage expert(s) pass judgement on this one please.
Is it of the sub species argentatus which breeds in Scandinavia and around the western Baltic and winters to the west and south, as opposed to our argenteus of western Europe and Iceland (as per Collins).
After a while it took off, gained height and flew south. All the other gulls remained.
